I’m a UX Manager at Amazon People Experience Technology, leading a team dedicated to enhancing the experience for 1.5 million global employees. Previously, as Lead UX Designer at Amazon Business, I played a pivotal role in the UX and research efforts for Pricing initiatives, contributing to a business growth of around half a billion dollars.

Outside of Amazon, I'm an active mentor at Google Startups and TechItalyLab, guiding over 50 startups in Human-Centered Design and best practices. As a serial entrepreneur, I co-founded Doosty AI, a venture streamlining order processing for manufacturers using AI.
